Recap for September’s To Do List:
- Make the bed. Every morning or first thing when you get home, make the bed! There’s nothing like a made bed to make a room look cleaner or set you up for a great night’s sleep. Also, did you know that today is National Make Your Bed Day? So if at all possible, try to at least get your bed made today!
- Read a book. The 6th was National Read a Book Day, missed it? No worries, you have the rest of the month to carve out some time to read a book.
- Meditate. There are so many benefits to meditating… it reduces stress, it induces relaxation, and makes you happier. This month is a great time to start. I’m going to start with 2 minutes a day and try to work up to 15 minutes by the end of the month.
