Hello September!

It’s time for September! For those who have our calendars (or any calendar), whether it’s the mini Good Things, Mini Watercolor flowers, square Fresh & Fruity, or the downloadable bookmark calendar… turn to your September month cards!

Each month, we (at the Good Things Studio) set some goals/things to do that will in some way or another, add joy and peace to our lives. If you’re up for the challenge, please join us for the:

 September To Do List

  • Make the bed. Every morning or first thing when you get home, make the bed! There’s nothing like a made bed to make a room look cleaner or set you up for a great night’s sleep.
  • Read a book. The 6th is National Read a Book Day, so on this Wednesday, carve out some time to read a book.
  • Meditate. There are so many benefits to meditating… it reduces stress, it induces relaxation, and makes you happier. This month is a great time to start. I’m going to start with 2 minutes a day and try to work up to 15 minutes by the end of the month.
